ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, by the following parties: [Name of tenant], hereinafter referred to as Tenant, [Name of Landlord], hereinafter referred to as Landlord, and a third party known as [Name of Assignee], hereinafter referred to as Assignee, all such parties agree to the assignment of lease described in detail below:
Tenant hereby assigns, transfers, and conveys to Assignee all his rights and interests under a certain lease dated on [Date of lease] ["Lease"], a copy of which is annexed hereto, by and between the Tenant and Landlord for the premises more particularly described as: [Description of premises].
This assignment shall remain in full force and effect starting upon
for all the remainder of the lease term. Such assignment shall be subject to all of the following conditions: including payment of rents, all covenants, conditions, and terms of the assignments within said Lease. The Landlord's assent to the assignment of said Lease shall not discharge Tenant of Tenant's obligations under the Lease. In the event of any breach by the Assignee, Tenant shall not be discharged from any or all obligations under said Lease. This agreement shall inure to be benefit of and be binding on the parties hereto, their heirs, successors and assigns.
